COVID-19 POLICIES
Due to COVID-19, we have made some changes to our reception area and our policies and procedures.
As of August 2024, we no longer ask staff or clients to mask.
If you would like the staff to wear a mask, we will all happily wear one.

We recommend parking on King St, Queen St, Clarence St. or in Citi Plaza.
The city of London still offers 1 hr free parking on city streets with the use of the HONK app and the promo code CORE.
If you would like to travel by bicycle to your appointment, please call ahead, and we will arrange for parking inside our space.
The following LTC buses all stop within a block or two of the spa: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, 19, 20, 21, 90, 102, 104, 106.
All mentioned rates are subject to, but do not include, HST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are at your discretion. We direct bill to most group health insurance companies, including Sunlife, Canada Life, Morcare, Manulife, Greenshield, Blue Cross, RWAM, Claimsecure, Co-operators, Equitable Life, Empire Life and many more.
No penalty for cancellations received 24 hours in advance. Cancellations for any services totaling $100.00 or more received less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% billing fee charged to your credit card.
A 25% deposit is required for all spa packages booked online.
